Today's issue is short and sweet, because it is full of
resources about getting started with script. I included some
resources about Word Press since many of us use word press for
our blogs and some people don't install it on their sites because
they think it is too complicated. It is actually very simple, but
you have to just use some trial and error first.

An essential tool that you will need in order to get
started is a good ftp editor. If you already use one to upload
your web pages, then you are one step ahead of the game. If you
use software that has an ftp editor built in then you can grab
some here

FTP Editors

Me I personally use Ws Ftp http://www.ipswitch.com/ and I also
use FileZilla which is free, by the way http://filezilla.sourceforge.net/

Another essential tool that you will need is a simple text
editor. This is what you will use to edit any script files. I use
Note Tab Pro for my newsletter creation and all my text files
which are tons of them But for my script changes, I use
Arachnophilia http://www.arachnoid.com/arachnophilia/ which is
free.

Once you have these essential tools, then you are ready to get
started.
